    Production process:
    Obtained from the controlled fermentation of the musts from the best vineyards of the Denomination of Origin Montilla-Moriles.
    Aging:
    Biological aging under yeast layer (Flor) by Solera and Criadera system. Aged during 3 years in American oak barrels.
    Tasting notes:
    Typical Fino wine produced and aged according to the traditional style of the generous Fino wines from Montilla-Moriles. Pale yellow colour, intense and delicate aroma to dry fruits especially almond. Fragrant, dry and light on palate. Its versatility makes it the ideal pairing for a huge range of typical dishes from Mediterranean gastronomy.

    Tasting notes:
    Pale yellow colour with green reflections. Intense aroma to dry fruits and oak. In palate, fine, fragrant and light. Its saline character is perfect to enhance flavours in food pairings with fish and seafood.

    PEDRO XIMÉNEZ LA TERCIA

    Natural sweet Wine.
    Grape Variety:
    100% Pedro Ximenez grape.
    Alcoholic Graduation:
    15% Alc/Vol.
    Production process:
    Obtained from the Pedro Ximenez grapes made raisins. At the end of the summer, the grapes are spread out on mats to concentrate sugars, aromas and flavours. Then, the matured grapes are carefully pressed to obtain a raisin juice which becomes the PX wine after several years in oak.
    Aging:
    Oxidative aging by Solera and Criadera system during 4 years in American oak barrels in our hundred-years-old cellar. It is the most precious wine from our cellars, result of a long and delicate process exclusive to the sweet PX from Montilla-Moriles.
    Tasting notes:
    Dark mahogany colour with intense aromas to raisins. Very pleasant and characteristic on palate. Good match with desserts. It is also an interesting wine to cook sauces and dressings.
